Hello! Welcome to the lacrosse training cohort. I am excited to PILOT this program this summer (2023). Over the last 10 years I have been fortunate enough to heavily work in the lacrosse population. I work at the club level, HS level, college and within the NLL as well. I am excited to bring my passion and expertise to the online work to help those not local to me!

My mission with this program down the line is to help build a collective community of like minded high level lacrosse players who are working hard to make the most out of their summer.

It is my intention to provide comprehensive programming, consulting, advice, resources and accountability to a select group of individuals. The goal is to offer a summer plan at an affordable rate. The summer program is 10 weeks and full and can be started between 6/26 to 7/10. After 7/10, registration will close.


WHO is this program for? :

-High school lacrosse players (HS + Club)

-College and Professional lacrosse players

-Lacrosse players that are looking to excel at their sport and have some experience in the weight room.

Below is a breakdown of the program

  • The program will consist of 3 days of strength/power work and 2 extra field days for speed/agility/conditioning work. The weight room portion requires general equipment that you would find in a standard commercial gym and the field days only require turf/track. 1 Extra mobility/recovery day will also be included. The format of the program will follow a MWF training split + T/Th speed/agility/plyo days and Saturday mobility/recovery day. (Athletes can change their schedule to whatever works best)
  • The program will progress through 3 phases. General prep phase. Strength Phase. Speed/Power phase. There will be built in testing among major lifts as well. All exercise will have either short or long video demos!
  • Athletes will get my personal email so if they CANNOT do a workout or exercise due to injury or do not have equipment, I can advise them on what to do and allow for customization as well. I can also customize and give recommendations on their training split if they play club lacrosse and are busy in tournament season or have limited equipment.
  • During the 10 weeks, athletes will have unlimited email communication with me if they need something, have a question as well as 1 video call (30-45 min) to meet, discuss goals, individual needs, customization, etc..
  • Every 2 weeks, starting 6/26, I will send athletes signed up a specific resource on topics I find interesting that will help with your performance, lifestyle, nutrition or leadership

The total cost for the program will be $450 (only $45 a week!)

*Communication hours are M-F from 8am-6pm. Athletes may communicate outside those hours but may not hear back until the next day. Emails will take up to 1 day to respond to at times.*

**By purchasing, both parties agree to fulfilling their requirements. Within 2 business days of payment, the seller will send information regarding the next steps for training.


***Liability (MUST BE 18 TO COMPLETE): I, being 18 years of age or older, do for myself (and for or on behalf of my child participant, if said child is not of age or older) do hereby release, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless Joe Aratari, while participating in supervised, online, or independent fitness training with Joe Aratari or at any other location, from any and all liability, claims or demands for personal injury, sickness or death, as well as property damages and expenses, of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred by the undersigned and/or the child participant that occur while said participant is participating in the above described activities. I (and/or the child participant) am aware that Joe Aratari is not a licensed physical therapist or trained medical personnel and am participating in this program voluntarily at my own risk and for recreational purposes only. I acknowledge that fitness training may be strenuous and that a physician’s examination and approval should be obtained prior to beginning any fitness program. I understand that it is my responsibility to notify Joe Aratari of all restrictions and dates of release provided by Doctors and/or Physical Therapists. I accept all responsibility for my (and/or the child participant’s) health and any resultant injury that may occur during any training session and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Joe Aratari. I understand that Joe Aratari is not responsible for supervision outside of set training times. I (and/or the child participant) also give Joe Aratari permission to post, re-post pictures and videos of me (and/or the child participant) participating in fitness activities for marketing purposes only if pictures are shared online via the participants social media accounts. I also give Joe Aratari permission to add my email to his subscriber list for mass distribution, in which I can unsubscribe any time I wish. I also understand that it is my responsibility with this subscription program to modify the program on my own if I do not have equipment or cannot do a certain exercise. I also understand that payment will be due before any program is uploaded to my calendar.
